Certified Welder (SMAW/GTAW/FCAW & MIG)
Performs welding tasks using Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding(GTAW), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Metal Inert Gas Welding (MIG), processes on various materials, ensuring high-quality and durable joints according to specifications and blueprints.
Technical Competence
Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, MIG, blueprint reading, material identification, joint preparation, and quality inspection of welds. Certification in relevant welding codes (e.g., AWS D1.1).
Safety Consciousness
Strict adherence to welding safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (welding helmet, gloves, fire-resistant clothing), ventilation, and fire prevention measures. Awareness of hot work permits.
Work Ethic

Pipe Fabricator
Fabricates and assembles piping systems according to engineering drawings and specifications. Involves cutting, bending, fitting, and joining pipes for various industrial applications.
Technical Competence
Expertise in pipe cutting, bending, threading, and fitting. Strong ability to read and interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, and blueprints. Knowledge of different pipe materials and welding preparation.
Safety Consciousness
Awareness of hazards associated with pipe handling, cutting tools, and hot work. Proper use of lifting equipment and PPE. Adherence to lockout/tagout procedures when working on existing systems.
Work Ethic
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precise measurements and alignments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet fabrication schedules. Team player.
Mechanical Fitter
Assembles, installs, maintains, and repairs mechanical equipment and machinery in industrial plants. Ensures proper alignment, lubrication, and functionality of components.
Technical Competence
Skilled in using hand and power tools for mechanical assembly. Proficient in reading engineering drawings, performing precision measurements, and aligning rotating equipment. Knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics.
Safety Consciousness
Awareness of pinch points, heavy lifting hazards, and rotating machinery. Proper use of lifting gear and PPE. Adherence to machine guarding and lockout/tagout procedures.
Work Ethic
Diligent, precise, and detail-oriented. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow maintenance schedules.
Project Manager
Oversees all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.
Technical Competence
Project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project), risk management, contract negotiation, budget control, and knowledge of building codes.
